TRAINING PLAN

Early Morning Training 6am & 7am

  • Monday to Friday
  • Workout first thing to set you up for the day
  • 45 minute workouts to fit into your busy routine
  • Nutritional Analysis and Planning
  • Weekly assessment to keep you on track
  • Daily contact with your coach

Morning Training 9:30am

  • Monday to Friday
  • 45 minute workouts to fit into your busy routine

Evening Training
6pm & 7pm & 8pm

  • Monday to Thursday 6pm 7pm 8pm
  • Friday 5pm 6pm
  • Fully customized nutrition program

Weekend Workouts

  • Saturday 8am & 9am
  • Our Shred Class will boost your metabolism for the whole weekend
  • Sunday workouts available for those that need it
