Are you constantly picking up injuries or struggling to run further than 3-5 miles at a time? It may be your running style that is holding you back. I provide a running technique assessment service and can show you how to run efficiently, further and faster. I have over 35 years of running experience and have competed in running events from 100 metres to over 200 miles and just about every distance in between. I provide 1-2-1 coaching and personal training to help clients achieve their running and fitness goals. I can also provide personalised training programs for specific races and will guide you through the whole training process.
Pilates - A Balanced Body, Mind And Spirit
Pilates is a system of non-impact exercise for both men and women which helps keep the mind and body working in harmony. It develops body awareness, improves and changes the body's postural and alignment habits and increases flexibility and ease of movement. It strengthens your core-muscles: your back, abdominals, pelvic floor and gluteal muscles which helps to tone your waist and stomach area and can help with lower back pain if it is caused by weak or tight muscles or bad postural habits.
