I joined The Fitness Unit in 2010 and felt so inspired by the trainers I decided to take my level 2 coaching qualification. I love teaching and enjoy running so every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm I go for a run from The Fitness Unit and you are very welcome to come and join me.
I teach freestyle indoor bike classes on Wednesday at 7am and on Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm its a great fat burning class with some cheesy tunes too.
I have completed many obstacle course races including the Spartan trifecta races as well as London Triathlon if you need any help in these areas then please do get in touch.
