Rachel & Anita Bond

We are mother and daughter and have over 25 years experience in the health and fitness business between us. We set up our private members gym in 2007 to create a gym where everyone feels welcome.

We focus on health and well being and can guide you to reach your health and fitness goals.

We do this by offering daily support and motivation within our training sessions. Our workouts are fun friendly and challenging to take you closer to your goals. We want you to look and feel amazing.

We hold you accountable all the time you work with us and will show you how to maximize your fat loss, maintain a healthy weight and still enjoy the odd glass of vino or if you are like us the odd chocolate cake too.

Nutrition is the foundation for any client wanting to improve their overall health, energy, fat loss efforts and improved mental focus. Our nutrition protocols improve the body from the inside, because only then can your body begin to feel and look good on the outside.
