Runtogether sessions are run by an England Athletics qualified coach to take you from absolute beginner who cannot run to marathon running if that's your goal.

We run 2 levels of training

0-5k for beginners to kickstart your running. With our support and Motivation you will be able to run 5k in just 6 weeks

Improvers drills for those looking to improve their running efficiency, pace and distance

Runtogether provides fun, friendly, supportive running opportunities for everyone
