I am a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach as well as Olympic Weightlifting and can offer 1:1 training as well as small group
There is no "one size fits all" we are all different and all react differently to exercise and nutrition. I design my programs specifically to each client. I will assess you to see where you are starting from and then train you with your specific goals in mind
